One of the very few Craftsman-style homes you’ll see in Washington County, built for Susan Moore. Miss Susan (Susie) Moore (1860-1942), daughter of George Moore and Eliza Kingsley) was a long-time librarian of the Henry D. Moore public library, and at one time a Baptist missionary, and for several years a schoolteacher.
